Both items are organic. I have found I am liking more and more organic items. I will be adding these to the list! Renew: This product is a serum. My mom is actually using this product on her face for her wrinkles. She loves it. She has been using it for the last week and has already had lots of compliments about how she is "glowing". Renew does not leave your hands or face feeling oily or greasy. She can't wait to see the results in a few weeks. Highly recommended. Core: I started using this product a week ago. I woke up with the sniffles and noticed a difference later in the day that the sniffles were gone. With 3 kids I'm often running on energy fumes, I noticed I was more alert and had more energy throughout the day. It also curbed my appetite which I am perfectly okay with!! Core gives your that boost of energy without the crash. I was very pleased with the product. The only thing I found is when I would burp it would taste "peppery". I get acid reflux easily so I could just be very sensitive to it. Nothing a simple glass of milk couldn't fix. Keep in mind results and side effects very from person to person. I would recommend this to my friends and family.
